Today our Aerospace students took on windmills! They learned how to decide between cost-effectiveness and reliability by having to “purchase” the materials to build their windmills, but they could participate in a little talent show to earn more vouchers. Each windmill was tested with a box fan, and points were awarded based on money leftover and how much voltage they produced.
