The Engineering students had a session exploring the concepts of Empathy and Perspective with our Leadership Facilitator, Big Dave. They discussed the wheel of emotions and how they can implement it in their own lives to be more precise in evaluating their own emotions. They also walked through some different scenarios to practice working together and empathizing with each other, then watched a clip from the movie Inside Out and talked about the difference in the characters dismissing each others emotions versus empathizing with each other.
