In their last session with Leadership Facilitator, Big Dave, students reflected on their last week here and discussed what they had taken away from both general life and activities at NSLC, as well as their other five leadership sessions. Students were encouraged to share these discoveries in front of their peers in one last step out of their comfort zone, after being reminded that they did not need to have a perfectly eloquent speech in order to have something valuable to contribute.
