The AERO students started off their morning with our Leadership Facilitator, Big Dave! They learned about the Personality Matrix and how they can best utilize their strengths alongside their weaknesses in day-to-day life. The session included a quiz that categorized students as lions, koalas, peacocks, or owls, and the group discussed the unique qualities of each animal’s personality.
