Today, the students went to the local Salvation Army branch and helped sort through food stock and package it for people in need.
They worked in different groups to organize and separate various items like clothes, food, and other miscellaneous items.
The students had a chance to work and speak with the Volunteer/Special Events Coordinator Samantha Bowman, who has been working with Salvation Army for 4 years.
