Today the students visited the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and watched an overview video on what happens at the center, presented by two NASA staff members who facilitated a discussion in the end.
The students then created and tested their wind turbine projects to see whether their turbines were able to catch the air from a fan and keep the momentum.
The day ended with a leadership session with leadership facilitator Chris Molina called the ‘Personality matrix’ about identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their personalities in regard to leadership.
