In the morning the students attended a leadership session with leadership facilitator Chris Molina called the ‘Personality matrix’ about identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their personalities in regard to leadership.
Half of the students then went to see Capitol Hill and the Smithsonian Museums, while the others made an impact at the Capital Area Food Bank by packing boxes of non-perishable items for those in need.
At the end of the day, the students lead a spectacular talent show where the world was their stage, many of them volunteering to showcase their unique talents.
